By commissioning me, you agree to the following TOS.
Please read them carefully before placing an order.GENERAL INFORMATION
I am the sole creator of the commissioned artwork and reserve the right to my work, including posting online for personal sales/self promotion.Do not resell or claim creation rights to the artwork, provide full credit to me, the artist (regardless if watermark was removed through add-on purchase)Artwork is allowed to be used for personal use, providing crediting where possible (@v3inomous / @V3IN_)Do not sell as NFTs or use toward AI trainingI'm entitled to rights as an artist in declining any kind of commission if I believe I am unable to complete it to the customer's satisfaction, or if I do not feel comfortable drawing it.Please provide clear references and details before I begin.PAYMENT POLICYAll prices are in AUD, not including exchange rates or paypal fees.I accept payment through PayPal and BSB & Acc details.Payment must be made 50% after sketch approval, with the completion of the art process requiring full payment to be made before receiving artwork.Work after the rough sketch will not begin until 50% payment is received.REFUND POLICYRefunds are accepted only before the rendering stage.Once rendering begins, refunds are no longer available under any circumstances.If you cancel before rendering starts, you may receive a partial/full refund rate based on the amount of work completed so far.
Before any art process starts: 100% refund
After detailed sketch stage: 70% refund
After lineart: 50% refund
After flat colouring: 15% refund
Rendering started: 0% refundNo refunds will be issued for fully completed commissioned artwork.PROCESS & REVISIONSI will provide updates during the detailed sketch and lineart stages for further changes if requested.You may request 2 free revisions during these stages.Each additional change after the free limit will incur an extra fee depending on the body proportions, complexity and time + effort changing more details.

(Full Body ───── +$15 AUD)Turnaround time is usually 1 week, but may vary based on complexity, discussed deadline and my schedule.If you need a rush order, a 25% on top of final base price will apply.USAGE AND COPYRIGHTI, the artist, retain all rights to the artwork.Commissions are for personal use ONLY.Commissions are not to be used for commercial use.Personal use includes:Posting on social media (with credit to me).Printing/gifting for personal display to friends and/or family.You may not:Remove my signature/watermark.
(without paying the additional add-on fee)Claim the artwork as your own.Alter or resell the work without my consent.Commercial use (merch, prints, advertising, etc).Include it in revenue-generating work or business materialsDEADLINESI do not currently host a queue for commissions, however, Standard commissions are completed in the order they are received.Priority commission deadlines are available for an extra fee of 25% extra on top of agreed base price in advance.This also means if a Rush commission was made in advance, they essentially "jump the queue" to first place, as priority.
(this is not to discourage the importance and value of other customers)CANCELLATIONSI reserve the right to cancel a commission and provide a refund if the client is uncooperative, disrespectful, or violates these terms.I reserve the right to deny/cancel a commission if I believe I am unable to complete the artwork to the customer's satisfaction, or feel uncomfortable proceeding.If I must cancel for personal reasons, you will receive a full refund.FILE DELIVERYFinal artwork will be delivered digitally in PNG format via email, download link or through preferred social media dropbox.High-resolution files will be included unless otherwise stated.No physical copies of artwork are to be exchanged in-person.COMMUNICATION & CONDUCTPlease keep communication respectful, polite and professional.Harassment, spam, or excessive rush inquiries will result in cancellation.If you have any questions before ordering, feel free to contact me at:

• For customers who request artworks without coloured lineart, clarify in the commission order form and there will be a minor price reduction
