By commissioning me, you agree to the following TOS.
Please read them carefully before placing an order.GENERAL INFORMATION
I am the sole creator of all commissioned artwork and retain authorship and copyright of my work. I reserve the right to display commissioned artwork online for portfolio purposes, personal sales, and self-promotion.Do not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of my artwork. Please provide appropriate credit to me, the artist, regardless of whether a watermark has been removed through an add-on purchase.Artwork may be used for personal purposes only, with credit provided where possible: @v3inomous / @V3IN_Artwork may not be sold as NFTs or used for AI training.I reserve the right to decline any commission if I believe I cannot complete the requested artwork to the customer's satisfaction or if I am uncomfortable with the requested content.Please provide clear references, character information, and other relevant details before I begin the commission.PAYMENT POLICYAll prices are listed in AUD. International clients are responsible for any currency conversion or payment processing fees applied by their bank, PayPal, or Stripe.Payment is accepted through PayPal, Stripe, or BSB & Acc Number details.A 50% deposit is required after sketch approval. Work beyond the sketch stage will not begin until the deposit has been received.This 50% deposit secures your commission slot and covers the non-refundable work undertaken following sketch approval.The remaining 50% must be paid in full before the completed artwork is delivered.If you choose to pay the full commission amount upfront, the refund policy below will apply.REFUND POLICYRefunds are available only before the rendering stage begins.If you paid only the 50% deposit:
• The 50% deposit is non-refundable if you cancel after the sketch approval.• No additional payment will be required if you cancel before paying the remaining balance.If you paid the 100% full amount upfront:
Refund amounts are calculated based on the stage of completion at the time of your cancellation:
Before any artwork begins: 100% refund
After detailed sketch stage: 65% refund
After lineart: 40% refund
After flat colouring: 15% refund
Once rendering begins: 0% refundRefund percentages are calculated from the total commission price, not the amount paid at the time of cancellation.Once rendering has begun, no refunds will be issued.No refunds will be issued for fully completed commissioned artwork.PROCESS & REVISIONSI will provide updates during the detailed sketch and lineart stages to allow for requested changes.You may request 2 free revisions during these stages.A revision refers to changes to the existing artwork. Major redraws, substantial changes to the original request, or additional details not included in the original commission may incur an additional fee.Each additional revision beyond the 2 free revisions will incur an extra fee, depending on the complexity of the requested changes and the time and effort required.Regular / Full-scaled:

(see DEADLINES and Pricing page for fee details).USAGE AND COPYRIGHTI, the artist, retain all rights, authorship, and copyright to the commissioned artwork.Commissions are for personal use ONLY.Commercial use is not permitted unless separately discussed and agreed upon with the artist.Personal use includes:• Posting the artwork on social media, with credit to me.• Printing the artwork for personal display.• Gifting personal prints or copies to friends or family.You may not:• Remove my signature or watermark without purchasing the applicable add-on.• Claim the artwork as your own.• Alter, redistribute, or resell the artwork without my consent.• Use the artwork for commercial purposes, including merchandise, advertising, or business materials.• Include the artwork in revenue-generating work without obtaining separate commercial-use permission.• Sell the artwork as an NFT or use it for AI training.DEADLINESI do not currently display a public commission queue. However, Standard commissions are completed in the order they are received.Priority commissions are available for an additional 25% surcharge on the agreed commission subtotal, paid in advance.Priority commissions are placed ahead of Standard commissions in the completion order to meet the agreed deadline.Priority service does not affect the importance or value of other customers' commissions; it simply reserves an earlier completion slot.CANCELLATIONSI reserve the right to cancel a commission and provide an appropriate refund if the client is uncooperative, disrespectful, or violates these Terms of Service.I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission if I believe I am unable to complete the requested artwork to the customer's satisfaction or if I am uncomfortable proceeding with the request.If I must cancel a commission for personal reasons, the client will receive a full refund.FILE DELIVERYFinal artwork will be delivered digitally in PNG format via email, a file-sharing/download link, or direct message through the client's preferred social media platform.High-resolution files will be included unless otherwise stated.No physical copies of artwork will be exchanged in person.COMMUNICATION & CONDUCTPlease keep communication respectful, polite, and professional.Harassment, spam, excessive rush inquiries, or repeated pressure for updates may result in cancellation of the commission.If you have any questions before ordering, feel free to contact me at:
